Youth (Under 18) "Want to Staff" Consideration

Complete this form to be considered for a youth staff position for the 2020 season. Registrants will be part of the pool of candidates used to build the 2020 Leadership team. Application does not guarantee a position on NYLT staff. For those selected, additional forms and fees will be required, including a per-person charge to partially cover meal expenses.

NYLT @ Big Horn Culture

The youth and adults serving as NYLT staff members model appropriate leadership skills in everything they do, creating a rich learning environment for the Scouts they serve and for themselves. Servant leadership is an important NYLT leadership attitude, and it is critical that the staff model focus on course participants and not on themselves. Great leaders seek to serve others.
