Required Forms for 2024

After you complete of this form you will receive access to the WorkBright and Camp Doc systems to complete additional paperwork and forms. These documents are required by the State of Colorado and MUST be completed before May 15, 2024. These forms are very time consuming.  Do not wait to do these at the last minute.  There are over 6 hours of training required to finish these forms. The only exception to the May 15 deadline is Camp Doc (Med forms) Part C. Failure to complete all forms will mean you will NOT be allowed to participate as a staff member and will not be allowed to remain at any facility or location on McNeil Scout Ranch NYLT will not have access to these systems until after March 15, 2024. Fingerprinting may be requested as a NYLT staff member, if you need to complete fingerprinting you will receive instructions in a separate email. If you receive an email requesting fingerprinting you MUST complete the process before May 15, 2024.

You will receive access to Workbright via email, which should arrive five days after completion of this form. If you are a returning NYLT staff member, please use the same email from previous years to make filling out your paperwork easy. If you have not received the email within 5 business days of registering (after 3/15/24), first check your spam/junk folder, then contact Heather Graf, NYLT Coordinator.

NYLT Big Horn Culture

The youth and adults serving as NYLT staff members model appropriate leadership skills in everything they do, creating a rich learning environment for the Scouts they serve and for themselves. Servant leadership is an important NYLT leadership attitude, and it is critical that the staff model focus on course participants and not on themselves. Remember: Great Leaders seek to Serve Others.
